  RSC Consulting is offering the outsourcing of your Human Resources Department.
  Thus we take over the duties of the Human Resources Inspector and we save you many of the costs related to the functioning of a Human Resources Department.
  OBJECTIVES
  - promoting the idea of externalisation of the personnel administration services within the context of making out clients activity more efficient
  - creating solid partnerships with our clients.

A) BASIC PACKAGE

  • Individual employment contracts
    • Drafting of the employment contract
    • Recommendations regarding the contractual provisions
    • Registration of the employment contracts with the relevant authority
  • Personnel files
    • Putting together the employment file (copies of the employee’s personal documents, including the drafting of the letter that informs the employee about the contractual provisions)
    • Drafting and registration of the documents regarding any modification or termination of the employment contract (including the liquidation form and the situation about the paid leave not taken)
  • The Official Personal Work Record
    • Filling out of the official personal work records and/or depositing them with the relevant authority (the Territorial Inspectorate for Work) according to each case;
  • The Payrole
    • Monthly registration of the payment role with the Territorial Inspectorate for Work
  • Drafting and registration of specific documents and situations
    • Internal decision regarding the personnel movements, attendance records, paid leaves, salaries, specific reports;
  • Insuring the relationship with institutions in the field: the Territorial Inspectorate for Work, Pension House, County Agency for Labour Force Employment (AJOFM), etc
    • Drafting and submitting of monthly statements to the Medical Insurance Authority
    • Drafting and submitting of monthly statements to the County Agency for Employment
    • Drafting and submitting of monthly statements to the Territorial Inspectorate for Work
  • Other related services
    • Drafting of various other documents required by the employees (salary certificates for the GP or for applying for various credits, etc)
    • Constant updating of the Registry for the evidence of the employees.


B) SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICES

  • Document preparation
    • Drafting of the Internal Rules
    • Drafting of the Collective Work Contract
    • Drafting of periodical reports (reports regarding the expenditure with salaries at compartment level, reports regarding the evolution in time of salaries expenses, reports regarding the amount of expenditure with medical leave, reports regarding the degree of absenteeism owed to the medical leaves, reports regarding the bonuses, the paid over time, the number of days of unpaid leave, etc);
  • Consultancy
    • Consultancy with the elaboration of the organisation chart and of individual job requirements;
    • Assisting the employees with filling out and submitting the global income statements;
    • Periodical information of the client regarding the legislative changes in the field;
  • Other services
    • Organisation and following of periodical medical checks as well as the initial medical check at employment;
