„EMC – Continuous Medical Education” - A Strategic Project
DMI 3.2. – Training and support for the company and employees in order to promote adaptability.
The implementation period: 1st of October – 30th of September
Partnerships: The Recovery Clinical Hospital of Cluj and The County Emergency Hospital of Târgu Mures.
The general objective of the project is to develop and to implement an integrated system of competencies for an adaptable medical staff in the North West and Center areas of Romania.
The first specific objective refers to the medical staff work quality appraisal through trainings, in order to develop both the specific and common competencies, which are necessary for the future implementation of the health system decentralization.
The second objective refers to update the competencies of the target group through trainings, in new technology domains, including IT, environmental protection and the pollution control through the dangerous waste management.
Target group: 419 employees from the health system of both partners.
