“A chance for your future” – A grant Project

The Project`s objectives:
The general objective of the project  is  to increase the employment rate of the unemployed persons from  Cluj and Salaj counties.

The first specific objective refers to the application of a support model for the target group provided through a complex training package after a counseling session with each person in order to recommend the most compatible occupational domain.

The second specific objective refers to the appraisal of the occupancy by providing permanent assistance services in career planning, job search and job mediation through the entire training program.

The target group:
400 unemployed  persons from Cluj and Salaj counties.

The implementation period of the project: 1st of November 2010 – 31th of October 2012.

Partnerships: Work Force Agency Cluj, Work Force Agency Salaj, Gherla Municipality.
